澳門粤劇初探 = A preliminary study of Cantonses Opera in Macao

English Abstract

Cantonese Opera,one of the fourteen types of operas common in Guangdong province,is one out of three hundred and fifty types in China. Cantonese Opera is popular in Guangdong province,Guangxi province,Hong Kong, Macao and the regions of overseas Chinese in Southeastern Asia countries, There are some academic departments and institutions specialized in Cantonese Opera studies in Hong Kong and Mainland China,however,the development of Cantonese Opera has been downplayed and ignored in Macao. Cantonese Opera performance in Macao has come down in a tradition which first in Hong Kong and Mainland China,but with a local peculiar development track. This thesis analyzes the development of Cantonese opera in Macao from the following directions: 1. the origin,development and system of Macao Cantonese Opera, 2. the ritualistic performance (Shengongxi); 3. the bloom and decline of Macau Cantonese Opera; 4. Macao Arts Festival;and 5. Establishment of Cantonese Opera associations. The study attempts to analysis the history and present development of Cantonese Opera in Macao and to provide references for Macao Cantonese opera study,creative work and appreciation.

Chinese Abstract

粤劇是廣東省境內流行的14種劇種之一,也是全中國境內上演的350種地方戲中的一種。粤劇在廣東、廣西及港澳和東南亞華僑居住的地區廣爲流傳。在香港和內地都有專門研究粤劇的學術部門和機構,而澳門這個彈丸之地,粤劇的發展往往被人們忽視。 澳門粤劇的演出與香港和內地一脈相承,但亦有其獨特的成長軌跡。本文試從粤劇的起源、發展、體系,澳門神誕的“神功戲”,澳門粤劇的興衰,澳門藝術節,澳門粤劇曲藝社團的成立等方面分析澳門粤劇的歷史與現状,填補前人對此課題研究之不足,也爲澳門粤劇創作、欣賞等提供参考。
