古籍特藏 Rare Book Collection
自古以來，藏書樓主與圖書館員，均花費不少心血到各地去收集書籍。澳大圖書館的線裝書館藏，雖沒有香港大學，香港中文大學，學海書樓館藏豐富，也沒有何東圖書館藏有嘉業堂部份藏書的珍貴，但身兼澳門最高學府與保存固有中國文化的角色下，亦藏有線裝書約5,600多種，合約12,000冊。
包括澳大圖書館藏有的早期西文書籍，中文線裝書及作者簽名書。
