An alright film made laughably bad by the shots of the Statue Of Liberty, which uhhhh it's NOT. It looks like either a lighter or a cheap replica. The 'flame's size makes it look like 20 feet in real life. Anyways, after that, is a very propagandistic American Gung-ho speech made by "liberty' about how wonderful it is to live in Amerca, and how less free, well, everyone else is.
