Actually if you were 20 - 30 miles away from the blast this advice might help. Not sure if all of the Japanese who experienced the atom bomb were "happy" after it was all over. But hey, what are you gonna do...you have to think you can do something to try to save your but! You better bet I'm going to start constructing my bomb shelter to get ready for the next idiot that wants to go nuclear - It seems there are several contenders (N Korea and Iran) to take the place of the Soviets!
