A standard "How we build a highway' film, made more interesting with the fact the narrator sounds a lot like Soapy, from Soapy The Germ Fighter. The whole building of it is somewhat simplified, which works to a degree, but I swear, if half an hour of concrete pouring and smoothing is up your alley, then by all means watch this, otherwise, this may bore you out.
