A very effective film showing us how the charity funds help the lovely people (especially deaf children) of St. Louis. Fascinating to watch as it shows plenty of bizarre therapy methods, including a um, game of musical chairs played by deaf kids. You see they're learning by EXAMPLE. How this helps them is never explained. Worth watching for that scene alone.
