Bob, teenaged (?) boy, slowly discovers he's lacking in pep and vigor while meanwhile skipping meals. His parents wonder what is wrong. A chance meeting between Bob's coach and his parents at the bowling lane (this was the 1950's, so stop laughing) makes Bob's Coach to have a little talk with him. His coach tells Bob that eating well and sleeping well all help contribute to his pep. He then asks Bob to contribute to a project another girl is doing on breaking down how differnt foods contribute to a well balanced diet. Once you see the chart, you'll be scratching your head on how they figured out how much Riboflavin they get from each food group. Regardless, this FILM lacks pep, and is somewhat blah.
