Are they talking about children or racehorses in this movie? ("He has well-spaced teeth in a healthy jaw and glossy hair") The narration switches between sounding like a breeding book to one of the physique/bodybuilding magazines of the times. (I have one from 1939 that extolls the virtues of prunes!)
I must say, though, that this movie gives an excellent overview of commercial swimear in the 'forties. You don't often get to see the variety of colours.
