In what was first percieved as just a pitch for the Goodyear tires made in the 1920's turns out to be much more. Farmer Miller is having trouble with his tires on his farm equipment. He turns to his editor friend and asks him about this newfangled technology in Goodyear rubber tires. After giving him the lo-down (spiel) about how wonderful these tires are, the real magic starts as we see farm equipment from yesteryear working on the plains. These equipment, now totally undescribable and out of date, look totally primitive to what we use today. Farmer Miller's son laso gets to go to the Goodyear tire making plant in Akron to see how the tires are made. I am quite sure this process has been modernized becuase it looks like a LOT of work, Convinced, Farmer Miller purchases a set of tires, and we all live happily ever after. Highly reccomended
