A fellow, in a day where he has to buy plenty of items from plenty of stores, encounters a slew of different types of salesmen. Some are pushy, some are ignorant.. and some are juuuust right. I sort of liked this piece, it was cute to see all these sorts of salespeople, and the fellow's reaction to them. What I found jarring is at the end when we find out that the fellow IS a salesman himself. Wouldn't he have handled himself better instead of being pushed around like he does with most of the salesmen in the short? A great example is the hardware saleman, and how he hammers him into submission into buying a... hammer. But, the fellow seems to like his purchaase as he just can't stop fondling it throughout the rest of the picture.
