Pretty standard film about California, and how the irrigation factors made California towns like Fresno and Sacramento made them into larger communities because of all the agriculture made availible to them. This film is ultra-surprising since it's made by Coronet, who have branched off from social guidance films in the past, but I never knew that the company made films like this. Nice color too.
