The bilateral bending-shaped femurs were found at the prenatal ultrasound at the fetus 22-week. 2. Advanced prenatal MRI scan at the fetus 28-week. 3. Neonatal x-rays showed the right femur with cortical thickening at the middle portionand callus formation at patient 1-day-old 4. Patient was suffering repeated fractures after minimal trauma, X-ray demonstrated the fractures of ulna, radius at 4-year-old
