MBA 000 (SAMPLE) Turnover intention of it professionals in China

English Abstract

More and more organizations show concern about the retention of IT professionals as turnover of IT professionals may pay a high price and reduce service quality of the organization. For information technology (IT) professionals in China, a model was developed to investigate the relationships between:(1)factors (perceived work overload, perceived skill obsolescence and techno stress)and turnover intention;(2) turnover intention and perceived performance of IS unit.Then an online survey was developed and distributed to IT professionals working in IS unit of various organizations to collect data. Finally data analysis was performed by SEM tools and implications based on research findings were further discussed.
