The present study aims to organize a multi-media exhibition project on Macau’s communication memory. It seeks to contribute to the formation of Macau identity through historical and autobiographical memories on the communication-related technological and social advancement. The study will demonstrate an exhibition plan based on the theoretical framework of collective memory, cases studies on the past exhibition in Macau and the archival research and in-depth interview results. The exhibition will consist of two parts: historical and autobiographical memories, which is based on the fundamental framework of collective memory. It serves to transform the exhibition area into a new space for storing and passing on the collective memory of the people from Macau.
