After sharing the Gambling Concessionaires in Macau, the cost of living index has been continuously raised. In order to increase the revenue, more and more parents become working parents who always neglected their children. In moral education, working parents often prepare all of things for their children. In academic education and skills, working parents would rather spend some money to their children for the after-school activities or the cram classes. So the absent of family education always bring about the lack of children’s skills. The objective of this study, which is base on the PISA2006 data in Macau, is to investigate the influence of students’ scientific literacy by family education. The data of the questionnaires of the 15 year-old students themselves and their parents would be used. The most important finding of this study is the students ' interest and attitude in science have the positive correlation with the family education. In terms of student’s science literacy, controlling the students’ background variables, there is a positive correlation with the family education as well. The study also gives some suggestions iv to the students who are lack of family education, for improvement of the problem students.

隨着賭權開放,澳門的生活指數不斷提高,不少父母為增加收入而成為雙 職父母,忽視了孩子管教問題。在德育方面,雙職父母常會直接替孩子做事或 過分滿足孩子的物質享受;而在學業和技能方面,父母則會選擇讓孩子上不同 的興趣班和補習班。因此,家庭教育缺失常令孩子失去很多重要能力。 本研究旨在利用 PISA2006 評估計劃中,澳門 15 歲學生本人及其家長的問 卷數據,探討澳門學生其家庭教育對科學素養的影響。 本研究最重要的發現是學生對科學的興趣以及態度都和家庭教育的投入程 度呈現正相關性。相應的,家庭教育和科學素養也呈現正相關性,這種關聯在 控制了學生背景變量之後依然成立。研究還對因家庭教育缺失而影響表現的學 生提出改善建議,進一步幫助問題學生。
