And then, the thesis will make a review on the development and changes of global 5 governance theory as well as relative researches made by China when dealing with global warming. In the next chapter, three governance patterns which are traditional, normal and dynamic and the choices of patterns made by different countries will be introduced. The thesis is going to bring up three governance hypotheses in short term, middle term and long term based on current situation of governance in China and developing trend. And then, combined with The 2014 Annual Report on Policies and Actions Made by China in Climate Change and the practical examples of developing carbon trade market in China, three hypotheses will be verified and the three questions will be answered. In the final chapter, both the hypotheses and problems indicate that China is actively exploring her own pattern of global governance and the situation of lacking governance main body can be compensated by establishing and optimizing carbon trade market
