This research paper focuses on Qiu Shiyou. Qiu Shiyou(1925-2014), a specialist of Chinese classical literature, studies expertise in Ｗen Xin Diao Long and makes significant contribution in the field of Poetry Ci. In addition, he is also a creator of Ci. His writing collection named Shui Ming Lou Xiao Ji. His study to “TheＷen Xin Diao Long is well-known by people, however his Ci study is rarely known. Prof. Sze Yee Tui considers Qiu Shiyou is “The fourth-generation leader” of Ci. Therefore, this research paper is going to make an overview towards Ci of Qiu Shiyou. This research paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter provides an overview of Ci; The second chapter is the biographical of Qiu Shiyou and his academic achievements; The third chapter is the investigation of Ci Lun Shi Lun Gao; The last chapter is the analysis of his Ci achievement.

本文的研究焦點是邱世友。邱世友（1925－2014），中國古典文學專家，其 研究專長為《文心雕龍》與詞學。邱世友先生除了對詞學史與詞論有深入的研究 外，先生亦有相當豐富的詞作，其作品主要收入《水明樓小集》內。邱世友最為 人熟知的是他對《文心雕龍》的研究，但他的詞學研究卻比較少人提及。對於其 詞學上的成就，他更被施議對先生定位為詞學的傳人第四代的領軍人物，故本文 希望能將邱世友先生的詞學成說作一個概述。 本文共分為四章，第一章概述詞學；第二章簡述邱世友先生的生平以及學術 師承；第三章簡述邱世友先生《詞論史論稿》一書的學術成就；最後一章則是評 量邱世友先生詞學創作中的成就。
