心理位移日記書寫情緒效應機制之話語分析研究

English Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore how the psychological displacement paradigm in diary-writing(PDPD)influences the emotion by using the method of discourse analysis. The theme is divided into four parts. First, how the mechanism of emotional effect in the psychological displacement diary(PDPD)work by discourse models? Second, how the mechanism convert by Social Languages? Third, what scenes will the participants experience in the mechanism? Four, what are the language characteristics of the mechanism of emotional effect? The research data came from six Chinese college students who joined this program for four weeks. They wrote two diaries every week and submitted twenty seven diaries in the end. The research results are as follows: 1. the mechanism work by the conversion of ten discourse models. The person of “I” is mainly based on the discourse model of self-disclosure, the person of “You” is mainly based on the discourse model of consolation, the person of “He” is based on the discourse model of audit, and the person of “Go back to me” focuses on the discourse model of policy and consolation. Besides, the person of “You” is more effective than the person of “He”. What is more, the persons after “You” have little chance to expand discourse model. However, in the same person, different discourse models can have influence on each other. 2. These mechanism rely on the social language as a tool to create the social role (including the role played by clients and the role that was talked to clients)to convert discourse models. However, there are sixty seven roles in all. 3. When the mechanism working into force, the participants stay with twenty scenarios in all to release the emotional conflict and repression. In the person of “I”, image of complaining takes the major part. In the person of “You”, encouraging is the hottest. Besides, both the person of “He” and the person of “Go back to me” are based on the scenarios of measures. Those scenarios are part of the mechanism and a tool to help convert the discourse model as well as social language. But in the person of “He”, some scenarios do not work, while in the person of “Go back to me”, most of the scenarios are very useful. 4. The language features of the mechanism of emotional effect perform as follows: Compared to the person of “I”, the number of positive emotion words and sentences biased towards positive emotion go up in other persons, while the number of the negative emotion words and sentences biased towards negative emotion go down in other persons.

Chinese Abstract

本文旨在用話語分析方法探討心理位移日記書寫的情緒效應機制。分為四 大主題:一、心理位移日記書寫效應機制如何通過話語模式運作?二、這個機 制內部如何通過社會語言轉化?三、機制內部運作過程中當事人經歷什麼樣的 情景? 四、機制生效的語言特徵是什麼? 本文研究資料來源於六位華人大學生(包括研究生)為期四周的心理位移負 向情緒日記書寫,每週兩篇,最後共收集到二十七篇日記。 研究結果顯示如下:一、在話語分析中,心理位移日記書寫情緒效應機制 依靠不同話語模式的相互轉換運作,其中,「我」位格以自我披露話語模式為 主,「你」位格以安慰話語模式為主,「他」位格以審核話語模式為主,「再回 到我」位格以策略話語模式和安慰話語模式為主;「他的部分」機制效果不如 「你的部分」明顯;自「你」位格開始,後面的位格很少再有機會擴充話語模 式,並且位格內部的不同話語模式可以相互影響;二、心理位移情緒效應機制 以社會語言為工具,通過不同的社會角色(包括當事人自己扮演的角色以及同 當事人對話的角色)轉換話語模式(本研究中共出現六十七種社會角色);三、 在機制內部運作過程中,當事人會在二十種情景中有選擇地進行情景停留與重 播,釋放情緒,其中「我」位格以訴苦情景為主,「你」位格中以安撫勸慰情 景為主,「他」位格以措施制定情景為主,「再回到我的位格」依然是措施制定 情景為主;這些情景蘊含在話語模式裡面,同社會語言一樣,是話語模式內部 運作的工具,但是「他」位格中,有些情景對話語模式轉換是不起作用的,而「 再回到我」位格中的情景雖然精簡卻很有效用;四、心理位移日記書寫效應機 制的語言特徵,表現在正向情緒詞和正偏向語句的數量較初始狀態增加,負向 情緒詞和負偏向語句的數量較初始狀態減少。
