The research aims to investigate the family factors which are influenced female career decision making process. Following the grounded theory method, 9 female Chinese mainland master students who were studying in university of Macau were interviewed by in-depth interview. The three major categories which influenced the decision making processes emerged from this research: family context, family affection and family responsibility. Results also revealed that family context included two categories ---- family environment and family experience. Three themes from family environment emerged: family condition, significant others and family atmosphere. Working experience, studying experience and living experience were another three themes in family experiences. Family affection included two themes：family attitude and career value. Expectation, support and resistance were the three themes which were included in family attitude. Career value included acceptable value and un-acceptable value. Family responsibility included support one’s parent and inherit family business. The model of influence female career decision making is also built according to the result.

本文主要探討家庭因素對女性生涯抉擇之影響。本研究以質性研究方法中 的扎根理論作為研究方法，對澳門某大學 9 名內地女研究生進行深度訪談收集相 關資料并分析。研究發現影響內地來澳女研究生生涯抉擇的家庭因素的主要包括 以下三大因素：家庭脈絡、家庭情意及家庭責任。 一、家庭脈絡 家庭脈絡包括成長環境與家人經驗。 其中成長環境包括家庭的基本條件、重要他人以及家庭氣氛。 家庭的基本條件包括家庭經濟條件與提供教育的機會；重要他人包括榜樣及 重要他人的成就；家庭氣氛包括比較與競爭、父母的教養方式及家族氛圍。 家人的經歷包括工作經驗、學習經驗及生活經驗；工作經驗包括泛工作經驗 及專業經驗。生活經歷包括婚姻經驗、社會經驗以及對子女個性的認識。 二、家庭情意 家庭情意因素中的主要組成部份：家庭態度及生涯價值。 家庭態度包括期望、支持與阻抗。其中，期望包括泛生涯期望和對女性角色 的生涯期望。 支持包括精神支持和實際支持；家庭資源包括經濟物質資源與人脈資源。提 供協助可再分為提供資訊、查找資料、分析情況和提供建議；阻抗包括勸說與壓 力。 II 生涯價值包括認可的生涯價值與不認可的生涯價值；認可生涯價值下包括認 可的泛生涯價值、認同對某行業的看法以及重視高學歷；不認可的生涯價值包括 女性不宜太強與重視工作乃勝報酬。 三、家庭責任 家庭責任包括贍養責任及繼承家業之責任。其中贍養責任包括考慮承擔贍養 責任與未考慮贍養責任；考慮贍養責任包括滿足父母的精神需要和物質需要。精 神需要包括滿足期望及滿足情感上的需求。物質需要包括經濟上回報父母與在地 裡上照顧父母；未考慮承擔贍養責任包括父母的經濟情況良好、父母有自己的工 作、父母有自己的生活圈子和父母身體情況良好。 根據上述結果，本研究建立了影響女性生涯抉擇家庭因素之模型。 關鍵字：生涯抉擇、家庭因素、女性、女研究生
