As the inalienable part of the traditional Chinese culture, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been thousands of years old. In the recent years, the nature drugs have been raised in the viewpoint of consumers and accepted by the western developed countries gradually. As our Country made policy to support the development of TCM greatly, the development environment of TCM has been improved enormously. Guangdong Province has posed the proposal of "Construct the strong Province of TCM". Hong Kong has instituted the "Outline of TCM industry development in the future ten years in Hong Kong", so as to develop to the international center of TCM. Macau also has posed the green technology industry as the focal point development which made the TCM as the direction of development. All of these make opportunities to the collaboration of the three regions. The globalization of economy which is motivated by the technological revolution is becoming the driving trend of the times in the world. As the close together of region, human culture and benefit, the regional cooperatives are in the ascendant. They are the real choice by which the members take part in the globalization, promote competition and co-development in the regions. Although there is a long history of regional cooperatives between Guangdong Province and Hong Kong, the regional cooperatives in the TCM are not explored enough in the scope and depth. There is not enough experience to refer. So, strengthen the regional cooperatives is great significant for the modernization and internationalization of TCM among the three regions. The paper mainly study on how to integrate resources, educe the comparative advantages separately and strengthen regional cooperatives among Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macau, so as to enhance the competitive strength of TCM. The paper applies the theories of comparative advantage, competitive advantage and industrial chain into the regional cooperatives of TCM. Analyze the advantages and key issues of TCM among Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macau and pose the essentiality and feasibility of the collaboration of TCM among them. Based on the industry chain of TCM and the model of system economic collaboration and competition, establish the collaboration and competition model of modern industry chain of TCM. Study the successful cases of the collaboration of TCM among Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macau, so as to provide some reference on collaboration in future. Based on the analysis above, propose the ways and suggestions of collaboration among Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macau. The question on study and discussion is spread out around the "collaboration development of TCM among Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macau", so as to co-construct the TCM industry which has regional competitive advantages and co-promote the modernization and internationalization of TCM in the three regions by integrating the resources, making the best of the comparative advantages and collaborating strongly in the link which possess industrial advantage. 澳門大學碩士學位論文 摘要 中醫藥是傳統中華文化不可分割的部分,至今已有數千年的歷史。近年來, 天然藥物在消費者心目中的地位不斷提升,正逐步為西方發達國家所接受,國際 市場日益擴大。國家對中醫藥發展的政策扶持力度空前,極大地改善了中醫藥事 業的發展環境。廣東省做出了建設中醫藥強省的決定,並制定了一系列科技產業 發展計畫積極推動中藥現代化。香港特區政府制定了“香港中藥工業未來十年發 展大綱”,銳意香港發展為國際性的中醫藥中心。澳門政府也提出了重點發展綠 色科技產業,中醫藥已成為澳門的一個發展方向。 以新技術革命為內在動力的經濟全球化,已成為當今世界強勁的時代潮流。 地緣相鄰、人文相近、利益相關的區域合作方興未艾,成為區域内各成員參與全 球化、提升競爭力、實現共同發展的現實選擇。粵港澳地區雖然在區域合作方面 已經有了很長的一段歷史,但中醫藥合作迄今為止就規模和深度而言,遠未挖掘 其巨大的潛在合作空間,可借鑒的經驗不多。因此,加強粵港澳區域合作,對三 地中醫藥現代化及國際化發展具有重要的意義。 本文主要研究如何整合粵港澳三地的資源,發揮各自的比較優勢,加強區域 合作,以提高三地中醫藥發展的競爭力。本文將比較優勢理論、競爭優勢理論及 產業鏈理論運用到中醫藥區域合作領域,通過分析粵港澳三地中醫藥發展的優勢 及存在的主要問題,比較三地的特色優勢,提出粤港澳中醫藥合作的必要性和可 行性。在現代中醫藥產業鏈及系統經濟學合作競爭模型的基礎上建立了粵港澳現 代中醫藥產業鏈合作競爭的模型。同時,對粵港澳中醫藥合作的成功案例進行研 究,驗證模型的可行性,分析其可借鑒之處,為今後相關部門的合作發展提供參 考。在以上分析的基礎上,提出了粵港澳中醫藥合作發展的思路和策略建議。 本課題緊密圍繞“粵港澳中醫藥合作發展”這一主题展開研究 以期通過整 合三地的資源,充分利用各地的比較優勢,在具有產業鏈優勢的環節加強合作, 共同建造具有區域競爭優勢的中醫藥產業 共同促進三地中醫藥的現代化及國際 化發展。 關鍵字:区域合作;中醫藥;比較優勢;產業鏈 iv
