敘事治療取向生涯諮商應用於高中女生生涯探索覺察歷程的敘事研究

English Abstract

The purposes of this study are to explore the effect of narrative-approached career counseling on the aware process of career exploration in senior secondary girls and to find out research participants’ comprehension and narration towards the counseling process. The research method adopted is purposeful sampling, three senior secondary girls from a girl school in Macau have participated in this research. According to the designed counseling program, the researcher has carried out at least five counselmg meetings and an interview with each participant separately. The study method of the thesis is narrative research. It takes the whole counseling process and interview as text for further analysis and discussion. The result of the study shows that: A. The aware process of career exploration of the three participants are: career indecision→aware of the expectation on profession→aware of the negative particularity on their personality→aware of the influence of their family, important person, growing-up experience on their personality→aware of the influence brought by negative particularity→aware of the shadow of career interest→aware of the distance between interest and reality, self-expectation→ aware that a balancing point could be found between interest and reality→learn to create reasonable requirements and objectives for oneself and one’s career. B. As for the comprehension and narration towards the counseling process, at first, the research participants hope to explore deeply on career development. In the middle of the counseling process, the process of self-exploration and different designs of the counseling program facilitate the germination of career awareness. At the end, participants figure out a more concrete view of their future, they realize that through self-exploring and narrating meanings and values of life are the key moment when they begin to explore their career. Consequently, the researcher points out some limitations and suggestions for future references. Keywords: narrative natrative therapy career awareness narrative research

Chinese Abstract

本研究旨在探索敘事治療取向生涯諮商對高中女生生涯探索的覺察歷程 , 並了解當事人對諮商歷程的理解與再敘說。研究者採用立意抽樣的方式在澳門一所女子中學選取了三位高中女生作為研究參與者,根據已設計的八種生涯諮商情節為框架,分別為研究參與者進行不少於五次諮商和一次訪談。本研究以敘事研究為研究方法,利用諮商歷程和訪談內容作為交本,作進一步的分析與討論。 研究結果顯示 : (一 )三位研究參與者對生涯探索的覺察歷程為:生涯方向不確定→覺察到對職業的期待、要求→覺察到個性上的負面特質→覺察到家庭、重要他人、成長經歷對個性的影響→覺察到負面特質帶來的影響→覺察到生涯興趣的影子→覺察到興趣與現實、主觀期望之間存在距離→覺察到可為興趣與現實之間找到平衡點→學習對個人、生涯訂定合理的要求和目標。 (二 ) 對於生涯諮商歷程的理解與再述說,在諮商前期,研究參與者期待對生涯方向作深入探索;諮商中期,自我探索和不同諮商情節設計促成覺察火花的萌芽;諮商後期,對未來有更明確的方向,並領悟到在進行自我探索、敘說生命意義和價值的過程中,才是開始進行生涯探索的關鍵時刻。此外,研究者也分享了個人的體會。 最後,提出本研究的限制及具體建議,以作為未來研究的參考。 關鍵字:敘說/敘事、敘事治療、生洗覺察、敘事研究
