- Abstract
- Secretory carcinoma is a rare breast cancer. We report a case of secretory carcinoma occurred in childhood. A 7-year-old girl had a history of a mass in the breast for 4 years. The tumor grew slowly and well circumscribed, mimicking benign lesions on imaging. After breast lumpectomy, a diagnosis of secretory carcinoma was made based on its histological morphology, immunohistochemical reaction, and molecular profile. Herein, we report the process of diagnosis, and treatment of this rare case. Paragraph Headings: 1. Case report 2. Discussion Figures: 1.
